Tigers welcome Rotherfield United Bees to St.Mary's for the first meeting between the sides this season. Both teams have only completed eight league fixtures so far, mostly as a result of inclement weather. Oxfordshire-based Rotherfield have managed to win 5 of those games and draw at Woodley Wanderers last Saturday, so their record is comparable with the three teams at the top of the table, although they find themselves in mid-table, just above Tigers. Neither side has benefitted from being awarded points for unplayed matches so as far as goals for and against is concerned, what you see is what you get. Bees are scoring at a rate of three a game, which takes into account the 6 they put past Pangbourne when Bees also recorded their only clean sheet of the season. Bees failed to score at Windsor & Eton in September and lost 1-6 to Woodley in the next outing. The U18 Bees squad has 22 registered players.
Tigers will be without George Lee for the next few weeks as school and skiing commitments preclude his participation. It is hoped Toby Chilvers will return to the line-up and that Tigers will name a 12-man squad for this 9am kick-off
