Good game with a pending "Polar Vortex" threatening to blow in over the next few days. A rare weekend with all 9 kids available and 8 playing on the day. Coach was worried about game time and keeping the kids active and warm throughout. So help from the parents with mini kick abouts during the match helped a great deal. The Chargers only had 5 on the day which to be honest was an advantage as they could remain consistent and keep all their players on the pitch. Pumas meanwhile had to constantly chop and change each quarter. Focus first half of the season has been on skill and confidence with the ball. During the second half Pumas are trying to teach positions and have the kids move the ball around the pitch. To their credit the kids were trying to pass and move the ball. They need to learn to do this better and avoid poor passses which gift the ball to the opposition in dangerous areas.
