As we move into next season, we have a number of volunteer positions we need to urgently fill. These are now roles that are vital to ensure the club runs efficiently.

If these roles are not taken up it’s likely to lead to issues in ensuring the clubs runs efficiently. Currently some committee members are having to cover multiple roles however they are no longer able to provide support.

These roles can either be an individual, or managed by a small group of people.

New Role as Vice Chairman – role is to help the Chairman and Secretary with various duties helping run the strategy of the club. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved a bit more in the workings of the club; the roles do not necessarily need any professional experience and would take up to 1-2 hours of your time per week.
Equipment & Pitch Secretary – role will be to coordinate and order equipment at the start of the season. Prior to the start of the season complete community booking forms for all venues and communicate to all members. Adhoc reconfirmation of bookings at Christmas and End of Season.

Social Co-ordinator – help support the committee members organise social event with a wider group of volunteers - would take up to 2-4 hour of your time per quarter.

Sponsorship Co-ordinator – help support the committee members find new sponsors or partners - would take up to a few hours per quarter.

Head of Girls Football – act as a central point to support coaches with queries, registration of the league, pitch booking etc. 1 hour a week.

Social Media Manager – supporting the Chairman and HoTFC committee managing social media feeds. Time required 1 hour each week.
