This weekend we welcome Ascot United Raiders, who make the trip from their home at Charters School. Ascot United is one of the biggest clubs in the Ascot area and, much like Hearts, they boast five teams at U11, playing in Leagues A, C, D and G as well as the Sunday Heathrow League. Raiders are long term fixtures in Div C, so if they bring their full squad of 12, Tigers can anticipate a tough morning.
At U10, Tigers drew with Spartans in a home fixture. Tigers entertained and beat The Chargers in November in League D, Henry, Hayden and an own goal securing a 3-2 victory whilst Gabriel stepped in at the back for the absent Matt. Henry has been "man of the match" in both previous encounters with Ascot United teams.
This time round, Tigers will line up without Sam, who has a karate exam, and Gabriel who has a school rugby match. Tommy and Rufus make welcome returns but sadly Eli is still sidelined by his medical team. Caelan is stepping up from the Pumas to strengthen the match day squad.
Coach Wallis is making his way back from his European fact-finding mission so Kiwi Butler once again takes the reins, hoping to go at least one step better than the heart-breaking 58th minute defeat suffered last week.
